On Saturday 5 December 2009 the Toongabbie Music Club performed once again for the
group Technical Aid for the Disabled (TAD) at their headquartes in Briens Rd, Northmead .
The songs were well received as usual, with the audience singing along to the well-known tunes.
We are very proud of the fact that one of our own members, Barry, received at the function an award from TAD for 30 years of service involving among other things the invention of devices designed to assist disabled children.
Many thanks to all the Toongabbie Music Club members who gave so freely of their
time to this most worthy cause.

We just did our Linnwood gig today. Had a turnout of about 15 membersand played for over 2 hours all up. Received standing ovations after each song ('cause there wasn't any seating) and left them wanting more.
